Ali Cloward

Ali Cloward is a seasoned professional in accounting and risk management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Director at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, following the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly, Ali previously held the position of SOX & Business Risk Services Director at Moss Adams from August 2021 until the merger. Earlier, Ali was the Director of SOX Compliance at The Cadence Group from July 2013 until its merger with Moss Adams. Initial career experience includes serving as an Associate in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from August 2011 to July 2013. Ali holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, completed in 2010.
