Anthony Lui, MBA, CPA, is a dynamic M&A professional with extensive experience in tax and deal advisory, having worked with both Big 4 and mid-market firms. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in M&A Tax at Baker Tilly US, Anthony previously held positions at Deloitte, where they designed tax-efficient structures for multinational companies, and Grant Thornton LLP, providing tax planning and strategy recommendations. Anthony holds an MBA from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, a Master of Accounting from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Washington State University.
