Arlene Chan

Arlene Chan is an Assurance Principal at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, following the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly, and serves as a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Board. Prior to this role, Arlene spent over 16 years at Moss Adams, ascending from Senior Audit Manager to Audit Partner. Arlene began the career at Ernst & Young LLP, holding the position of Senior Manager in Audit for more than 14 years. Arlene holds a BA in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1989 and 1993, and has a foundational education from Phillips Exeter Academy and Diocesan Girls' School.
