Billy Tilotta

Billy Tilotta is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the accounting industry. Currently serving as Managing Principal in Houston at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, Billy has previously held significant roles at Moss Adams from November 2017 to June 2025, including Houston Office Partner in Charge and Partner. Prior to that, Billy was a Partner at Hein & Associates from July 2002 until its merger with Moss Adams in 2017. Early in the career, Billy worked as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen from September 1996 to June 2002. Billy holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting from the University of Houston, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
