Brian Corrigan

Brian Corrigan is a Principal in Specialty Tax, Transaction Tax Advisory Services at Baker Tilly US, starting in January 2024. Previously, Brian served as a Director in PwC's M&A Tax group from June 2013 to January 2024, specializing in tax due diligence and the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings for various corporate and private equity clients. Earlier in the career, Brian worked in PwC's Washington National Tax Services M&A practice. Brian holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
