Celeste Martello

Celeste Martello, CPA, currently serves as Campus Recruiting Manager at Baker Tilly US, where responsibilities include leading the college relations strategy and managing candidate recruitment in the Greater Chicago Area. Martello has extensive experience in various recruiting roles within the firm, having previously held positions such as Senior Campus Recruiter, Campus Recruiter, and Senior Accountant. In these roles, Martello developed strong client relationships, supervised audit staff, and participated in financial audits and internal controls assessments. Martello began her career with internships at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, and RSM US LLP, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Bradley University.
