Chad Busch

Chad Busch is a seasoned professional in state and local taxation, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Moss Adams since 2025 and at Baker Tilly following their merger. With 24 years of experience in Big 4 Accounting and boutique firms, Chad has previously held roles as an Attorney specializing in Tax & Legal Consulting and as a Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP. Chad also served as a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they consulted on state and local income taxation. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Western State University College of Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law from the University of San Diego. Chad earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
