Emmanuel Ake

Emmanuel Ake, MPP, is a Talent Acquisition and HR Leader with extensive experience in driving recruitment strategy, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and building university partnerships. They served as Chief Recruitment Officer at OpenMyNetwork, where they led efforts to increase program enrollment and strengthen partnerships, followed by roles at Caldwell University and the University of South Alabama focusing on diversity recruitment. Currently, as the Corporate Campus Recruiting Manager at Baker Tilly US, Emmanuel oversees regional recruitment, mentors a team, and enhances DEI presence through impactful events. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Business/Affairs and Sociology and are pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Policy at Stony Brook University.
