Fred Frank

Fred Frank is a Principal in the Professional Practice Group at Baker Tilly US since June 2025 and previously served as a Partner in the Professional Practice Group at Moss Adams LLP from October 2003 to June 2025, where Fred was also the Director of Assurance Services. Fred specializes in emerging issues affecting public company clients, providing expertise on complex SEC matters and various aspects of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. Additionally, Fred worked as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from September 2001 to September 2003 and held the position of Senior Manager at Moss Adams LLP from January 1995 to September 2001. Fred holds a degree from Western Washington University.
