Grace Bourke

Grace Bourke is a seasoned professional in healthcare consulting with a focus on performance excellence. Currently serving as Director of Healthcare Consulting at Baker Tilly US since June 2025 following the merger with Moss Adams, Grace previously held the position of Director of Lean Health Care at Moss Adams from January 2017 to June 2025. With extensive experience at Sutter Health from May 2004 to January 2017, Grace was instrumental in strategy and management for a self-funded health plan and led various initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs. Grace's background also includes roles at UC Berkeley as an instructor, Kaiser Permanente as a risk manager, and several project management and consulting positions. Educational achievements include an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and Black Belt Certification in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California.
