Jesse Proctor

Jesse Proctor is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as a Principal at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, following the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly, Jesse previously held the position of Partner and Senior Manager at Moss Adams from January 2013 to June 2025. Prior to that, Jesse was the Associate Treasurer for the Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting at a private Christian boarding high school from April 2011 to December 2012. Earlier career roles include Internal Auditor at Werner Enterprises and Senior Associate Auditor at Deloitte & Touche between 2007 and 2009. Jesse Proctor earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Union Adventist University in 2007.
