Jill Higgins

Jill Higgins is an experienced professional in tax and project management, currently serving as a Credits & Incentives Tax Technician at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, following the merger with Moss Adams, where Jill worked from January 2019 to June 2025 as a Tax Technician and provided executive support within the Tax Services Group. Previous experience includes roles as Office & Events Manager at Farm Kitchen, Project Manager for Miller Valentine Group, and Project Director at Ipsos in North America, where Jill managed significant research projects. Additionally, Jill has a background in administrative support, having served as an Executive Assistant at Activities Beyond the Classroom and Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations at Lincoln Financial, as well as volunteering coordinator at Victory Junction Gang Camp. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Washington.
