Jon Noell

Jon Noell, CPTD, has a diverse background in training and education, supported by a solid foundation in business administration and management. Jon began a career in the US Army as a Military Police officer from May 1999 to October 2006, followed by a role as Captain at the Department of Correction Arkansas until March 2012. Transitioning to the private sector, Jon served as a Conveyor Specialist and Power Assembler at Hytrol Conveyor Co., Inc., and later as a Customer Training Specialist before becoming a Training Professional at Ritter Communications. Jon's experience continued as a Change Enablement Specialist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, followed by a role as Training Manager at Anchor Packaging, and currently occupies the position of Manager, Product Education & Training at Baker Tilly US since August 2022. Academic achievements include an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Arkansas State University-Newport, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas.
