Kara Gallagher

Kara Gallagher is a Managing Director in Healthcare IT Consulting at Baker Tilly US, a position held since March 2022 following the merger with Orchestrate Healthcare Consulting, where Kara served as Chief Operating Officer. With a robust background in healthcare IT consulting, Kara has extensive experience in EHR implementation, interoperability, healthcare analytics, and strategic staffing. Prior to Orchestrate, Kara held various roles in human resources and talent acquisition, including HR Services Manager at Idaho National Laboratory and Business Development/Talent Acquisition at Wise Construction Corporation. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor's degree from College of the Holy Cross. Additional training was completed at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and the Center for Creative Leadership.
