Laneé Pasion

Laneé Pasion is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Baker Tilly US, following the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly in June 2025. Previously, Laneé held the same position at Moss Adams from May 2022 until the merger, where a strong focus was placed on supporting the Campbell and Salinas offices while championing the firm's culture and values. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at San Jose State University and as a Human Resources Generalist at Saint Francis High School, where duties encompassed recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll. Earlier roles also include serving as an executive assistant and a recruiting coordinator. Laneé holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San José State University and a Human Resources Management Certification from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
