Latisha Moss is an accomplished People Systems & Analytics Leader with over 15 years of experience in HR operations, systems, and data management. Currently serving as the HR Operations Associate Director at Baker Tilly, Latisha oversees all people-related systems, reporting, analytics, and processes, while collaborating with teams to enhance employee experiences aligned with firm strategies. Previously, Latisha held various leadership roles at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included managing complex payroll scenarios and ensuring quality HR data management for over 75,000 employees. Latisha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington between 1999 and 2001.
