Lynette Stolarzyk

Lynette Stolarzyk currently serves as a Board of Advisers Member at Life Science Cares Bay Area since June 2023. As a Manager Partner and International Tax Principal at Baker Tilly US since July 2015, Lynette utilizes specialized expertise in audit, tax, and management consulting to support client goals. Previous experience includes roles such as International Tax Director at PwC, where Lynette focused on international tax planning and risk management, and as International Tax Director at Cliffs Natural Resources, leading international tax functions. Lynette’s career also includes positions in tax management and academia, holding a senior lecturer role at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lynette earned an LLM in Taxation (with Distinction) from Georgetown University Law Center.
