Malissa Carr, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Managed Accounting Services at Baker Tilly US. Malissa began their career in public accounting, gaining diverse experience across tax, accounting, and payroll, before discovering a passion for individual tax within the client accounting and advisory services at Kraft CPAs. Over the years, Malissa has specialized in working with startups and established businesses, while also mentoring young talent as an intern coordinator. Malissa's expertise extends into the hospitality industry, where they provide valuable insights on tax planning and business strategies. They hold bachelor's degrees in Accounting from Truman State University and in Business Administration from Columbia College.
