Mathieu Ghali is a seasoned Senior Manager at Baker Tilly US, bringing a wealth of expertise in valuations of privately held enterprises with complex capital structures, specializing in areas such as equity compensation valuations, purchase price allocations, and fair value measurements for financial reporting.
