Meghan Andersson, JD, LLM, is a proactive and tenacious tax professional with extensive experience in complex federal income tax research, analysis, and M&A tax planning. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the National Tax group at Baker Tilly, Meghan previously held similar roles at Moss Adams and EisnerAmper, where they specialized in tax planning for corporate transactions and federal income tax matters. Meghan earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Loyola Law School and a Doctor of Law (JD) in Business Law from Whittier Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
