Michael Ross

Michael Ross is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and Organizational Development professional with experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives and a decade of expertise in HR operations. They currently serve as a Senior Consultant in Change Management at Baker Tilly US and have previously held various roles in organizations such as Abt Global and the Business Group on Health, where they focused on stakeholder management, organizational assessments, and tailored training programs. Michael holds a Master’s in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Beloit College.
