Paul Johnson is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Notable positions include serving in the Investment Banking Group at First Analysis Securities Corporation from 2010 to 2012, and holding roles in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at BMO Capital Markets from 1998 to 2008. Paul began a successful career at Merrill Lynch as an Associate from 1994 to 1998 and subsequently contributed to MB Financial Bank in the MB Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions Group from 2012 to 2019.
