Preston Smith

Preston Smith is an accomplished professional in transaction advisory services with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director at Baker Tilly US since its formation from the merger of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly in June 2025, Preston previously held various roles at Moss Adams, ascending from Staff Accountant to Director in Transaction Advisory Services over a 13-year period. Additionally, Preston has contributed to the Association for Corporate Growth as a Board Member since May 2022 and held the position of Treasurer at Delta Upsilon International Fraternity from January 2008 to December 2009.
