Ryan Woods

Ryan Woods, CPA, is an Assurance Senior Manager at Baker Tilly, specializing in nonprofit group and federal grant compliance. With experience in public accounting since 2015, Ryan has focused on providing assurance services to various nonprofit organizations, including higher education institutions and international NGOs. They are responsible for all phases of audit engagement execution and have conducted audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards. Ryan’s previous experience includes serving as an Assurance Senior at Moss Adams before the firm's merger with Baker Tilly in 2025. They also play a key role in training and developing staff within the Greater Bay Area. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University, achieved in 2015.
