Sonja Howe

Sonja Howe, MPP, CICA, is a Senior Consultant with a focus on public sector, non-profit, and tribal clients. With over 16 years of professional auditing experience, they have served as chief auditor at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science and held various roles in city and state auditing across California and Colorado. Sonja has demonstrated expertise in internal controls, operational budgeting, and strategic planning, complemented by a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University. They are currently preparing to complete their Certified Internal Auditor designation in 2023.
