Stephanie Winter is currently the Director of International Tax at Baker Tilly, a position held since the merger with Moss Adams in 2025. Having practiced public accounting since 2010 and specializing in international tax since 2013, they assist clients with foreign tax credit computations, tax structuring, and US reporting for international entities, among other responsibilities. Stephanie previously served as an International Tax Director and Senior Manager at Moss Adams. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western Washington University in 2009.
