Stephen Ripper

Stephen Ripper is the Director at Baker Tilly, having joined the company following its merger with Moss Adams in 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Transaction Services at Moss Adams and Managing Consultant at Hein & Associates, where they provided critical advisory services throughout the deal cycle. Stephen's earlier experience includes consulting for Berkeley Research Group and working as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin and are pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at the University of Houston, alongside executive education in Mergers and Acquisitions from Harvard Business School.
