Ted Grafe

Ted Grafe is a seasoned business development executive specializing in the food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors. Currently, Ted serves as a Business Development Executive for Baker Tilly US, following the merger with Moss Adams LLP in June 2025, where Ted previously held a similar role for nearly a decade. Ted’s professional journey includes key positions such as Business Development Officer at Burr Pilger Mayer and Director of Business Development and Marketing at Andersen & Company. Ted has contributed to various community organizations, including serving on the Boards of Trustees for Cardinal Newman High School and Schools Plus of Santa Rosa, both focused on enhancing educational opportunities for students. Ted earned a degree in Journalism & Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Oregon.
