Tim Parks has extensive experience in software engineering and project management, beginning as a Sr Firmware Engineer at Motorola from June 1998 to June 2011, where responsibilities included feature implementation and customer issue triage. Following this, Tim held the position of Engineering Director at Witekio from June 2011 to December 2016, managing a global team of 30 engineers on diverse software projects and customer support. Tim then transitioned to Amazon as a Software Development Manager from December 2016 to July 2018, leading a team focused on redesigning Compensation toolsets. Currently, Tim serves as a Sr. Technical Project Manager at Baker Tilly US, where collaboration with business and technical teams is key, along with providing expert feedback and managing multiple Agile teams. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from Bradley University.
