Carey Lambert, PMP, Lean Certified, CSSBB, has a strong background in project and process management. Carey has held various senior positions throughout their career, including roles such as Senior Director - Legal Process Engineering at Baker Donelson, where they deployed innovative solutions within the firm and in-house legal organizations. Carey also worked as a Management Consultant at the Mississippi Department of Transportation, where they provided assessments of processes, procedures, and resources related to Intelligent Transportation Systems. At Horne LLP, they were a Senior Manager responsible for assessing and improving the performance of Federal Disaster Recovery programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at CohnReznick LLP, overseeing multiple agency engagements associated with hurricane recovery efforts.
