Chris Sloan

Chris Sloan is the Chair of the Emerging Companies Team at Baker Donelson, where they represent emerging growth companies, particularly in technology and internet-related sectors. Currently, Chris serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Birding Association and is a steering committee member of the Nashville Internet Exchange, enhancing local internet connectivity. Previously, they held various roles including partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and founding board member of Nashville Preparatory Charter School. Chris holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
