Clint Pentecost

Clint Pentecost is currently Of Counsel at Baker Donelson, where they focus on complex litigation, appeals, nonprofit law, and intellectual property. Previously, Clint held various attorney positions at firms including McGlinchey Stafford and Wells Marble & Hurst, where they gained extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and insurance regulatory compliance. Clint also served as Counsel at the Mississippi Supreme Court from 2008 to 2016, advising on rule adoption and compliance, and conducting training for legal professionals. They founded Pentecost Law, concentrating on appellate and intellectual property law before transitioning to their current role in 2019. Clint earned their law degree from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1999.
