David Ayliffe

David Ayliffe is currently Of Counsel at Baker Donelson, where they focus on federal trial and appellate litigation. With broad experience in employment and administrative law, they have served in various roles at Tennessee Valley Authority, including Attorney and Director of Litigation. Ayliffe began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Squad Leader. They earned a Doctor of Law degree from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and hold a Bachelor of Arts in History and German from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, Ayliffe studied German Language and Literature at The Philipp University of Marburg.
