David Gevertz

David Gevertz is a trusted employment counselor with extensive experience in addressing employment issues for mid-sized to large companies. Currently a Shareholder in the Labor & Employment Group at Baker Donelson since 2006, David handles high-stakes litigation, providing guidance on corporate espionage, discrimination, and internal investigations. Prior to this, David was a founding partner at Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP and worked as an associate at Paul Hastings. David earned a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
