Eric Pruitt

Eric Pruitt is a trusted advisor and financial services lawyer who represents banks, CMBS servicers, and lenders in various lending transactions, restructurings, and bankruptcy cases. Currently a shareholder and chair of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group at Baker Donelson, Eric has extensive experience in commercial loan restructurings, negotiations, and creditor advocacy. Eric served as an associate at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. and Kaufman & Rothfeder, P.C. and holds degrees from The University of Alabama, the University of Alabama School of Law, and New York University School of Law. Active in professional organizations, Eric is a board member of the Business Council of Alabama and serves as Vice President of the Turnaround Management Association – Alabama Chapter.
