Gary Herschman is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Health Care Transactions Group at Baker Donelson, where they focus on healthcare transactions and regulations. They previously served as a Trial Attorney at the United States Department of Justice and chaired the Health and Hospital Law Practice Group at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. Additionally, they were a Member of Firm and Co-Chair of the Health Care Transactions/M&A Group at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. Gary holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
