Iain Stauffer

Iain Stauffer is a dedicated advocate for health care providers, currently serving as Of Counsel at Baker Donelson since 2021. With extensive experience advising on licensing, reimbursement, compliance, and regulatory issues, they previously held legal roles at the North Carolina Department of Justice, including Assistant Attorney General and Associate Attorney General, from 2005 to 2012 and 2003 to 2004 respectively. Iain also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals from 2001 to 2003 and worked as Of Counsel at Poyner Spruill LLP from 2015 to 2021. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from St. John Fisher College and a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
