Will Fagan

Will Fagan is a highly-experienced attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, and litigation, with a strong background in both big law firms and in-house practices. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Baker Donelson, Will focuses on counseling clients and acting as de facto in-house counsel. Prior roles include General Counsel at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Vice President of Senior Corporate Counsel at MagMutual, and associate positions at several notable law firms. Will is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar, and actively contributes to the community as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta.
