Dan Kirkpatrick is a Communications Partner at BakerHostetler, where they represent clients on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters in communications law, focusing on television and radio stations. With significant experience in negotiating retransmission consent and addressing FCC regulations, Dan has successfully guided broadcast clients through licensing, compliance, and market modification proceedings. Previously, they served as an Associate Attorney at Dow Lohnes and Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC. Dan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from The College of William and Mary.
