Kyle Cutts

Kyle Cutts is a Class Action and Appellate Partner at BakerHostetler, where they have worked since 2017. Previously, Kyle served as a Litigation Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2008 to 2011 and as an Appellate Attorney at JONES DAY® from 2012 to 2017. They also completed a judicial law clerk position with the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit from 2011 to 2012. Kyle was a Fulbright Scholar from 2002 to 2003 and worked as an Adwords Coordinator at Google from 2003 to 2005. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wake Forest University in 2002 and a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2008.
