Mark Einsiedel

Mark Einsiedel is an intellectual property attorney with nearly a decade of experience, currently serving as Counsel at BakerHostetler. They previously worked as an Associate at the same firm and at Fay Sharpe, handling cases related to patent and trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University, where they graduated magna cum laude, with honors in Law, Technology & the Arts. They also earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Before law school, Mark's entrepreneurial spirit led to the inception of two innovative companies in the medical and footwear sectors.
