Robb Adkins

Robb Adkins is a Partner and Partner-in-Charge of the San Francisco office at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where their practice centers on complex commercial and civil litigation, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues and regulatory enforcement. Previously, Robb served as the Executive Director of the Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force within the DOJ, directing efforts against financial fraud in collaboration with federal and state agencies. They also spent eight years as a criminal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, where they focused on white collar fraud, and played a key role in the Enron Task Force prosecution. Robb holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
