the long bilateral friendship between Afghanistan and Germany over the past 100 years and the Significant share of humanitarian and development aid provided by Germany to Afghanistan; 
the recent political change in Afghanistan which has reshaped the life of all Afghans inside and outside the country, as well as the nature and the extent of the relations of the international community with Afghanistan
Bakhtar Institute is a professional, and independent organization free from all sorts of gender, ethnic, linguistic, and religious discrimination- which is the source of credible knowledge on matters related to Afghanistan and the Afghan diaspora with a focus on research, education, and advocacy.
