Manshi is a food technologist and R&D executive with a strong passion for innovation in the food industry. Currently serving as an R&D Manager at Bakingo, they previously held positions at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., PlantVita®, and The Baker's Dozen, where they specialized in new product development, regulatory compliance, and product optimization. Manshi holds a B.Tech in Food Technology and Management from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Haryana, and has experience working on diverse projects, including enhancing the shelf life of bakery products and formulating protein powders.
