Mohsin Saifi

Mohsin Saifi has a robust background in human resources management, with experience spanning multiple organizations across various roles. Beginning at Redtape Global from September 2008 to May 2012, Mohsin progressed from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager in HR and Industrial Relations, overseeing end-to-end recruitment and compensation processes. At Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday) from May 2012 to February 2015, responsibilities included entry-level recruitment. Following that, Mohsin served at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for North India and later as Circle Head in HR for specific regions. Major roles at Biryani By Kilo from April 2020 to April 2021 included General Manager of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, since March 2025, Mohsin holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Bakingo.
