Deborah Carson

Deborah Carson is a seasoned professional in human resources and event management, currently serving as Senior Lead HR Operations and Compliance at Bakkt since January 2022. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as an Event Manager at Carl House, overseeing event operations and staff management. Deborah's extensive experience in HR includes positions at Northeast Georgia Health System as a Compensation Analyst/HRMS and at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, progressing through various HR roles including HR Applications Analyst and Compensation Analyst. Deborah began a career in the arts, with roles at Mountain Playhouse and American Players Theatre, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from Western Illinois University.
