Mark Eckrote has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Mark worked as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Bakkt starting in 2018. Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at Verizon Wireless, where they held roles such as VZW Business Transformation and Associate Director - IT / Prepaid and Postpaid Real Time Network Data Usage Application Teams. During their time at Verizon Wireless, they played a crucial role in driving revenue growth, process engineering, financial modeling, and data analytics. Before Verizon Wireless, Mark held leadership positions at ALLTEL, Ariba, and Accenture, where they contributed to strategic planning, product development, and market analysis.
