Lori Ellis has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR leadership and management. Lori has served as a Human Resources Director in multiple companies, including Bako Diagnostics, AD&R LLC, and Retirement Corporation of America. In these roles, they have been responsible for various aspects of HR, such as labor relations, staff development, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee development. Lori has also been involved in strategic decision-making, partnering with leadership teams to develop new business initiatives and foster employee engagement. Prior to their roles as HR Director, they served as the President of National Employer Solutions, Inc., a professional employer organization providing HR management services to small and mid-size businesses. In this role, they provided HR services for numerous clients and counseled executive teams on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.
Lori Ellis earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
