As we expand, our mandate is simple: make Bala the home of culturally rich, socially transformative Child-Authored™ media.

At the core is our Child-Authored™ publishing model—an approach where young creators are central, credited, and supported, with moral rights and royalties protected. Anchored in mother-tongue learning, we publish and produce multilingual and bilingual multimedia across all official African languages—ensuring children don’t only read relevant stories; they write them.
