BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey is the groundbreaking four-part docuseries uncovering the hidden crisis of perimenopause and menopause. Led by Jain monks and filmmakers Sadhvi Siddhali Shree and Sadhvi Anubhuti, BALANCE exposes how misinformation, stigma, and systemic medical bias have left millions of women untreated, unheard, and unseen.

Through powerful storytelling, patient voices, and world-renowned experts, the series challenges the flawed science that shaped two decades of fear around hormone therapy and highlights the cultural taboos that continue to silence women globally.

Backed by celebrity executive producers and amplified by a community of doctors, advocates, and women worldwide, BALANCE is more than a docuseries—it’s a movement.

Join us as we educate, inspire, and empower women to reclaim their health and demand the care they deserve.
